Anouther game, anouther day
This rp is an introductoin of my two characters. Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.
The sun was just starting to rise in the sky as a lone figure flew threw the air. His name was Talons . He was a nasty sort of bird . As he glided threw the air he looked down at his loyal slave err I mean servent as he walked with him. He did not under stand why the young peacock did not fight against him. Maybe it was due to the fact that he was so scary when angered. Talons now looked ahead watching fo any other creature in the area.
Mean while on the ground. The young peacock slowly followed his master. He did not know where they were going. He had learned long ago to never question his master. He always wondered why his master had even chosen to spare him at all. Maybe he just needed a friend. That was very unlikely though. His master hated company for the most part. The real reason was probaly the fact that he did anything that he was asked to do. He now looked down at the ground as he walked trying not to catch his masters eye.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
(Lol, I have a peafowl OC too! :3)
Crystal-heart looked around the clearing with large eyes. ( LOL, couldn't resist sorry! xD) She noticed two peafowl nearby. Knowing that peafowl could be awfully fickle, she approached them with caution.
She dipped her head in greeting. "Good day, sirs."

(I think Talons is a hawk, and the other one is a peafowl.)
Water-Wings and her best friend Avian were rolling in the sky, as usual, when they spotted Crystal-Heart walking towards a peafowl. The peahen looked rather georgous today, like any day. Water-Wings noticed a hawk in the sky and almost fell from the air. The blue jay didn't trust anybird of prey except for Avian. The falcon and blue jay flew towards Crystal-Heart. "Do you know these birds?" asked Water-Wings, her robe flapping and her bracelet glittering.

(Lol, last I checked it said Indian Peafowl at his page, but maybe I got mixed up... I'll check)
Crystal-heart shook her head. "But I thought that I might as well meet them." She chirped with a shrug.
Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian hovered in the air while Water-Wings walked on the ground. The red-tailed hawk seemed suspicious, because the last hawk in Stone-Run had been Lord Turnatt, and he had almost caused Water-Wings to die before she had hatched.

(Ah. You are right. Myyyyy mistakeeeeee. xD)
Crystal-heart swayed back and forth. "So what are you two doing?" she asked Water-wings and Avian.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Talons contuied to fly in a straight path. He did not pay any heed to the female peafowl on the ground. He figured that his serven could handle her. However he did have to stop to stare at the female falcon who was in the air with him. She had the right to be wary of him. He was evil it was true. However unlike most who were evil he tened to be quiet blunt about it to others. Oh yes he would just let his ever loyal sevent take care of thsese creatures. After all he did not want to have to speak to others who were lowly.
Back on the ground. The male peafowl stared at the female for a second. He really was not sure what he should do. He was no good at talking to others. He did know though that if his master saw that he was being a coward he would be in trouble. He tried to look like he was intemditating by puffing up a bit. Really this made him look more cute then anything else. He heard her speack now. Well he was going to reply but another bird laned dow around them. He would wait a bit so that he could learn about thses tow just a bit.

Avian stared the hawk in the face. "Who are you?" she demanded. "You don't belong here. Are you the heir of Lord Turnatt? If you are, then get. out. now."
Water-Wings smiled. This peacock seemed kind enough. "Hello." she said, "I am Water-Wings. You are welceome here, all birds are. You don't need to be afraid."

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
The tip of Crystal-hearts feathers twitched in annoyance. "Honestly, Avian!" she said. "Don't judge a book by its cover. Just because this bird is a hawk doesn't mean he's evil or something like that."
Lucky, who was flying nearby, noticed her friends Crystal-heart, Avian, and Water-wings. She soared to the ground to talk to them.
"Hey, what's going on?" she asked.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
The hawk stared at the falcon as she spoke to him. This bird really did not have a right to tell him what to do. He gave her a dark glare and stared at her for a few second before he gave her a response. As if in reponce to his thought the female peafowl below spoke. Well that helped a bit. But sadly she was wrong to think that he was a good sort of bird. “Well if you must know I am talons. You know that is no way to make a first impressin . No I would not say that I am his anything” .he said with a dark hiss. He was not the lest bit intimidated by this falcon. He then spotted yet another bird flying . What was this a royal gathering of some sort.
Mean while on the ground. The young peafowl just kind of stared at the female blue jay now. He was not afraid of them just wary. He decided not to push his luck though. He gave a glance up to see where his master was. Good he had not left him here alone. He tried to think of what to say to them. “Ahh I see. I am pension loyal servant for my master talons.” he said. His voice was very soft almost as if he did not use it often. He then heard the sound of another bird approaching. Oh wow he did not like all of this company at once.

"New birds." Crystal-heart explained to Lucky.
"Ohh..."
Then there was a slight pause. Crystal-heart then spoke, broke the silence:
"Well, it's good to meet you both. The two of you are of course welcome here."

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian glared back at the hawk, tempted to slash his face clean through. She could have done it, too. "I don't believe in forst impressions." spat AVian, "I know how hawks behave and I must say, it is not polite in the least."
Water-Wings opened her beak to say something when another peahen burst from the foliage, singing a jolly tune and a female goldfinch sitting on the peahen's back played a violin. Another bird, a fairy tern, laughed while trying to keep a straight face. Then the goldfinch noticed all the other birds. "Hey Half-Cloud, Glass-Feathers, you have any idea as to whats going on?"
"Olive-Toes, shut up." said Glass-Feathers, the fairy tern.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Lucky blinked. A lot was going on all of a sudden...
"Hi!" Crystal-heart chirped. And then to Avian, she muttered, "Come on, Avian, don't be rude! These birds are our guests."

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian glared back at teh hawk, still hovering. "Guests? I don't think so. hawk never come into Stone-Run!"
Olive-Toes seemed to shrink and she hopped into Half-Cloud's shadow. The peahen didn't seem to notice Talons, she only noticed Pension. Half-Cloud always seemed to go in a trance around peacocks. Glass-Feathers, a rather fiesty bird, smiled and said, "Crystal-Heart, you must be joking. These birds are rediculous, and I agree with Avian." Olive-Toes only whimpered and seemed to skrink even further. Water-Wings was unsure of who's side to take.

"We don't know them yet!" Crystal-heart insisted. "Honestly, learn not to judge a book by it's cover."
Lucky stood beside Olive-toes, as she was also not sure who she agreed with.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian grew tired of hovering and landed near Crystal-Heart. "I don't believe you sometimes. You're too nice. Don''t you know that a hawk by any other name is just as cruel?"
Olive-Toes puffed her feathers out a bit and said, "I don't know if the hawk is mean or not, but I think we should give them a chance."

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
"A bird is a bird, no matter what type of bird, be it a hawk, a robin... or a peahen." Crystal-heart argued. "And you don't even know of my origins, so if I were you, I wouldn't act like the excerpt on what birds are bad and what birds aren't."
Lucky nodded in agreement. "I learned that all birds should give given a chance..." She muttered, shuffling her talons uncomfortably. "And I learned it the hard way..."

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
"Look," Avian argued, "I don't care what you think but I'm not going to trust this bird unless he can prove himself." The Falcon puffed up her feathers, makign Olive-Toes seem even smaller. Glass-Feathers looked around, and said, "I don't think this hawk is doing to be friendly, but I'll eait and see, and try to be brave. If any type of birds know how to be brave, it's fairy terns. they lay their eggs on bare branches!"
HalfCloud broke out of her trance for a moment and said, "I say we trust them."

"Then how about you give him a chance to prove himself, instead of arguing with all the birds that disagree with you." Crystal-heart muttered. Lucky nodded in agreement.
Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian shook her head and looked away, saying, "Say what you wish, he'll have his chance soon enough."
((BTW, i'm not really trying to be angsty in Real Life, Avian's beign a Downer OC is all, in case you were wondering))

(Oh don't worry, I didn't think you were actually being a downer in RL or anything )
"Yeah, I guess we will." Crystal-heart muttered.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Without warning, Avian drew a golden cutlass from a compartment in her robe and said, "Oh, he'll have his chance alright."

Lucky eyed the cutlass suspiciously. She glanced at Crystal-heart. The peahen hadn't noticed Avian pull out a small sword.
"Avian..." Lucky muttered. "What is that...?"
"Avian..." Lucky muttered. "What is that...?"
Re: Anouther game, anouther day
Avian was grinning evily. "It was a gift from my grandfather before I left Kauria. He said it would be very useful, and boy was he ever right!" The falcon began to rise sloqly into the air, the cutlass still in her foot.

Re: Anouther game, anouther day
"Have you gone mad?" Lucky gasped. "Stop it, this instance!" She flew up and blocked Avian's way. "Say this hawk really is evil, which we don't know. Don't you think attacking him would just make him angrier? Use common sense!"
